Product Description

HS series machine is our high level series extrusion blow molding machines. Equipped with hydraulic servo system. Save energy and with more stable running. The clamping unit adopts elbow style so that with higher and uniform clamping force. Using proportional valve control the mold open & close, and linear guide rail, the movement for the mold open & close will be more stable and fast. This machine is suitable for producing HDPE/PP jerry cans size below 12liters. 

It can be also equipped with multi head die-heads to make small bottles with higher output.

The main parts of this machine are designed and manufactured by ourself. We do the independent R&D and inspection. If you have other special requirements, we can provide customized services for you.
